This is Team HCBA’s 3rd consecutive review of Novotel Hotels, after Novotel Vienna & Novotel Kolkata.

Nice location, decent room & average service. Rooms are not very big, as in the network hotel but rooms are clean & tidy but the bath area & toilet are really small. Very comfortable bed. Equipped with TV, telephone, mini bar (extra charged) and air conditioning.

Clean and nice. Breakfast buffet is almost same everyday with 1 or 2 items changing . Despite our suggestions, they are not eager to change the menu.
The best part of the hotel is the location, its just adjacent to big shopping complex City Centre Mall. Very good location. About 5 minutes by walk from the metro station . Also close to the airport.

It’s really easy to flag down a city taxi for auto transport too. Within close proximity are pharmacies, supermarkets and a host of very reasonably priced restaurants. This is a great value for money hotel, not a high end outfit but the important factor is the simple, practical fact that everything works!

The hotels restaurants Tala Café (place for morning breakfast buffet), Vertigo, Tala Semplice are very average and nearly empty. Try many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Overall nice comfortable hotel.
