Novotel Hotel & Residences, Kolkata, from Accor Hotels group, truly the place for great hospitality; excellent service; most comfortable stay and above all warmth & positive vibes from the staff towards each guests and let me tell it is a genuine one. Truly matches your vision & expectations, from a hotel of Accor Group. The hotel is located in the new town area, but located pretty conveniently, close to the airport and while the area will surely grow in the future as THE Ultimate place for MNC’s ; Malls; Hotels etc. The whole property is excellent. Very good hotel with all amenities and the staff being very cooperative and friendly.

The overall ambiance of the hotel, the facilities, furnishings and decor are perfect for this grade of hotel. The rooms were pretty good and clean. Sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and seems eager to serve. The breakfast , at the Square, had a very good spread, catering to all nationalities and even taking care of food requirements of Jet leg travellers and their food timings. This is one the biggest restaurant, in terms of cover. They have another restaurant named The STUDIO, the pan Asian cuisine , which serves most authentic food and has a lot of loyal patrons. Novotel Kolkata is also having apartments and specialized in providing long duration stays for business, Corporate and leisure travellers. Whenever you visit Kolkata I would recommend you to stay in Novotel for the wonderful experience with very high level of luxurious standard. (Check the enclosed photos)
