Location wise excellent for Amritsar tourists. Both Golden Temple and Jallianwala are within walking distance. Lot of shopping options nearby.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean, with well appointed, spacious rooms with a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Huge bathroom and the most amazing, comfy bed and sitting room area.

 

Breakfast is at Al Fresco restaurant, which is providing world class services and great delicious food. The restaurant staff is very good. The buffet breakfast had ample options and food was good. Will definitely stay here the next time visiting the city.

 

In a nutshell, we can safely say hotel is good; location excellent; food delicious and staff cordial except MR. KUNNAL, one of the worst front office guy, we have ever come across. Very rude, full of bad manners and devoid of any pleasing personality. Behaves like that he owns this hotel. Not fir for hospitality industry. The management of RAMADA hotel , should immediately take action against him.
