Hotel ASTOR, is located on the Shakespere sarani and very near to Park Street, The Astor is a beautiful Heritage Property that has been converted into a stunning Hotel. As soon as you step inside, the feel is extremely English.

Beautiful property and the colonial vibe is a different and good experience for me. The hotel staff is polite and non intrusive. I am happy with that.  Excellent well connected to a lot of good destinations for shopping site-seeing & posh dining hub. Rooms are very modern and the showers were good.

The English breakfast was adequate and the service was satisfactory. Overall good value for money for a business hotel. The big Advantage is the central location in the business district of Kolkata. Helpful and friendly staff.

Overall it was an Excellent Value for Money Stay and I would recommend it to anybody who’s visiting Kolkata. Only drawback: No elevator
