Great Hotel-“An Amazing Experience”

Located at a vantage point at Viman Nagar, it is about 5 km from airport. The check-in was before time but the front desk was prompt and courteous in accommodating my booking. The property stands tall and has brings in lovely impression of quality & class and definitely has location advantage of hardly 2km from airport. The staff is very professional and never miss an opportunity to make the guest feel special. They have a excellent rooms well maintained with amenities. Gym & Pool are great and good way to relieve stress, with multi theme restaurants to suit different moods in you.

The room was fresh and clean with ultra soft bed and pillows. The mini fridge was well stocked with a couple of cashews and cream biscuits by its side. The TV had about many channels, a mix of English and Hindi ones. One of the things I noticed was its volume which was set to not exceed 28; it was thoughtful keeping the comfort of other guests in mind. My room had a pool view and was noiseless.

The services were top-notch too.  The breakfast was sumptuous and changed every day; of course, things like cereals, fruits, breads, cakes, etc. were available each day. A good mix of Indian and Continental spread laid out.. The breakfast was served at ‘The Eatery’ which had a pleasant, colorful ambience with comfy seating.

The guests are often noticed and attended with a warm greeting and service by their front desk, security , support staff which in fact is a very courteous gesture. Service quality rendered by the staff is impeccable and make you feel at home and taken great care of.
